Automated programming systems are high-speed, highly-configurable industrial programmers that allow to program in parallel up to 36 devices with productivity up to 1500 devices per hour. The pick & place head is automatically taking devices from input media (tapes, trays or tubes), positioning them on-the-fly on the nozzle using Laser Alignment system and placing devices in the sockets on several programming sites. After completed programmingprocess (erasing, programming, verification, serialization, …) controlled by PC the components can be marked also on-the-fly with user defined sequence with Laser Marker. At the end, devices are automatically packed to tapes, trays or tubes. The whole process is fully automated and supervising by BPWin™ Device Programming Process Control Software, that also registers all required production statistics.

Configurability and flexibility of BPM programming systems are based on different available peripherals: components input feeders, trays and tubes automatic stackers, tray shuttle, optional laser marker, optional output Tape & Reel packing system and more. Thanks to above, machines can be easily adapted by users to their current requirements. Automated programming systems bring-in an additional advantage – they can repack components from different input media to the most efficient in automated production tapes.

3910 turbocharges programming for MCUs, eMMC HS400, NAND, NOR and Serial Flash devices.  High-speed signals support devices up to 200 MHz and the latest eMMC HS400 modes with data transfer rates of 2.5 nanoseconds per byte. With data transfer rates to 100 MB per second, and verify rates up to 200 MB per second, the 3910 offers the industry’s best parameters - speed up to 9 times faster than competing universal programmers, the largest capacity memory support ―256 GB, upgradeable to 512 GB. Thanks to downloading image files up to 25 MB per second to all programmers simultaneously, the system rapidly produces devices at maximum achievable throughput.

3910 offers advanced technologies originally only available on flagship product, the 4900. Component position alignment on the nozzle is achieved on-the fly, while device is transported to the site, with CyberOptics camera integrated with Pick&Place head. The system can maintain maximum speeds without sacrificing precision.

3910 offers WhisperTeach™, one of BPM's award-winning exclusive features. WhisperTeach™ using AI automatically teaches the critical Z-height with 15-micron accuracy for each pick/place location even for very small packages, saving an average of over 80% of the time required for job setup and increasing yield.

3910 has up to four 9th Generation high-speed universal programming sites, supporting up to 16 devices programmed simultaneously. Vector Engine with BitBlast, standard on all BPM’s 9th Gen systems, increases the throughput for high-density eMMC devices, compared to other systems. For example, on a 4GB Toshiba device, Vector Engine with BitBlast reduces program/verify time by over 8 minutes per device. In a direct comparison with one of BPM’s major competitors, that same device finished over 5 minutes faster on the 9th Gen programmer.

It’s compatible with most existing 7th Gen and 8th Gen socket cards and algorithms, so our customers retain the value of asset investments and reduce time-to-market by leveraging existing socket card designs for future support. One universal programming site accommodates all devices, reducing the number of systems, sites, and sockets needed. Socket card design, with a receptacle socket option, ultimately increases your manufacturing up-time, produces higher first-pass yields and reduces replacement costs by up to 75 percent.

4900 is 9th Generation ultra-fast, highly-configurable, automated universal programming system based on 2900 sites. It’s the most efficient equipment available on the market that allows to program in parallel up to 48 devices with a speed up to 1500 devices per hour. It supports devices such as: MCU, NOR, NAND, eMMC, PLD. It’s powered by BPM’s Vector Engine Co-Processor® BitBlast technology. Vector Engine BitBlast provides an incredible boost to programming speeds especially for managed NAND devices that utilize the eMMC interface, which drastically increases your overall throughput. 9th Generation is compatible with existing socket modules from previous generations 7 & 8 of type FVE, FX, FX2/FX4. So existing customers can retain the value of their investment in assets. An additional receptacle socket option, ultimately increases manufacturing up-time and saves socket replacement costs. For positioning 4800 applies CyberOptics Laser Camera placed on Pick & Place head. 3D vision inspection can be installed as an option.

BitBlast provides an incredible boost to programming speeds for managed NAND devices that utilize the eMMC interface, which drastically increases your overall throughput. For positioning 3800MK2 applies dual CCD Upward/Downward camera. Dedicated FVE socket modules, with a receptacle socket option, ultimately increases manufacturing up-time, produces higher first-pass yield and saves socket replacement costs.

4710 / 3710-MK2

 

4710/3710-MK2 are fast, highly-configurable, automated universal programming systems accordingly 7th Generation, based on 1710 sites. They are not recommended for new projects unless existing owners of such equipment having already a rich set of socket modules want to extend their facilities and avoid investment in a new accessories set.
