4910 is a 9-generation Automated Programming System (APS) for MCU, eMMC, NAND, NOR and serial flash devices. Applied programmers support high-speed signals up to 200 MHz, so for the latest eMMC HS400 memories provide write/read cycle while programming and verification up to do 400 MB/s. They have 256 GB buffer memory with upgrade possibility up to 512 GB. Thanks to downloading image files with a speed up to 25 MB/s to all programmers simultaneously, 4910 rapidly produces devices at maximum achievable by handler throughput – up to 1708 devices per hour. So 4910 system offers the best industry parameters and efficiency available on the market.

4910 offers advanced technologies originally only available on flagship product, the 4900. Component position alignment on the nozzle is achieved on-the fly, while device is transported to the site, with CyberOptics camera integrated with Pick&Place head. The system can maintain maximum speeds without sacrificing precision.

4910 offers WhisperTeach™, one of BPM's award-winning exclusive features. WhisperTeach™ using AI automatically teaches the critical Z-height with 15-micron accuracy for each pick/place location even for very small packages, saving an average of over 80% of the time required for job setup and increasing yield.

4910 has up to twelve 9th Generation high-speed universal programming sites, supporting up to 48 devices programmed simultaneously. Vector Engine with BitBlast, standard on all BPM’s 9th Gen systems, increases the throughput for high-density eMMC devices, compared to other systems. For example, on a 4GB Toshiba device, Vector Engine with BitBlast reduces program/verify time by over 8 minutes per device. In a direct comparison with one of BPM’s major competitors, that same device finished over 5 minutes faster on the 9th Gen programmer.

4910 offers true universal support―one solution for all your device programming requirements. It’s compatible with most existing 7th Gen and 8th Gen socket cards and algorithms, so our customers retain the value of asset investments and reduce time-to-market by leveraging existing socket card designs for future support. One universal programming site accommodates all devices, reducing the number of systems, sites, and sockets needed. Socket card design, with a receptacle socket option, ultimately increases your manufacturing up-time, produces higher first-pass yields and reduces replacement costs by up to 75 percent.

BPWin is user friendly API control software that allows to integrate your device programming process with your MES, allowing you to monitor and control inventory in real time.
