(Manual Taping Machine)
MTM (Manual Taping Machine) is a desktop equipment for manual packing of different small parts to plastic carrier tapes. It supports both heated and PSA tapes. Parts are manually placed into pockets embossed in carrier tape leaded in operational table. Using footswitch operator moves the carrier tape with declared number of pockets. During this, heat or pressure stamps join permanently cover tape with carrier one to secure components against falling out.
The machine is available in various configurations especially in accordance with reels placement. It’s convenient one - operator has access from both side of machine. OEM module for custom integration within technological production lines is also available.
